Allison Engineering Group, Inc. was founded on April 1, 2004, by Lee Allison, embarking on a mission to deliver innovative solutions in the industry. Our company marked a significant milestone in July 2017 by relocating to our current facility, which has since provided an ideal environment for growth and collaboration.

In October 2020, we expanded our expertise through the integration of Greg Edwards’ firm, enhancing our service offerings and capabilities. Under the guidance of our dedicated Board of Directors—Todd Estes, Jason Monk, and DeeAnn Farmer—AEG has cultivated a talented team of 12 members who are committed to excellence.

AEG created the #AEGives program to focus on giving back to the Denton community. Through various initiatives and partnerships, we aim to make a positive impact by addressing local needs and fostering community engagement.

Between 2022 and 2023, AEG demonstrated our industry leadership by successfully completing over 250 projects, solidifying our quality and reliability. With a strong foundation and a forward-looking vision, AEG continues to thrive as a leader in the civil engineering field.
